Returns

We accept returns within 14 working days of your order being received, full refunds will only be issued if items are unworn and all tags in place. Once the items have been checked and cleared for a refund, refunds will be issued within  4- 5 working days. Please send back items via a tracked service.

If you wish to return an item please email info@lickandlashbeauty.co.uk for the return to be approved.

Please note dispatch time for fashion items is 2- 3 working days, all items are sent via Royal Mail First Class.
