Returns

We accept returns within 14 working days of your order being received, full refunds will only be issued if items are unworn and all tags in place . Once the items have been checked and cleared for a refund , refunds will be issued within  4- 5 working days. Please send back items via a tracked service.

If you wish to return an item please email info@lickandlashbeauty.co.uk for the return to be approved .

Please note dispatch time for fashion items is 2- 3 working days , all items are sent via Royal Mail First Class .
