We accept returns and issue a full refund if a product is unsatisfactory due to faulty packaging or if the product is defective. Exchanges can be made for unopened and unused products but please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the delivery charges to exchange the product.
Products which have been opened, used or damaged will not be accepted for return or refund due to hygiene reasons and the nature of the products we well. If you wish to cancel an order please email us asap as all orders are shipped the following working day .
Lick and Lash Beauty are not responsible for adverse effects by products sold through the Website. It is your responsibility to choose the correct products for your skin type.
To return a product, you must email a returns request via e-mail to email@example.com within 7 working days of you receiving your products with the reasons for the refund request. You will receive a reply within 48 hours along with instructions on how to return your faulty item . You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless it is fault, incorrect or the information give was misleading.
The term "full refund" does not include delivery costs. You must return the product in suitable packaging to ensure that it reaches us in good condition.
